We are seeking a Submittals Processor to join the team in our Philadelphia office.

The Submittals Processor assists in processing and maintaining all submissions on items and construction methods to be used on projects. This position ensures the compliance with accepted procedures and schedules and ensures the proper processing, routing and filing of all submissions moving through the company.

Essential Functions: Process received submittals, stamp and route for review, and key in the data into a computer application (NewForma) in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all provide documents are properly marked and routed Access third-party data sources for submittal retrieval and upload. Complete submittals with a sense of urgency. Produce high-quality, consistent, and error-free work based upon established standards. Team player with ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. Meet defined deadlines and follow up with key stakeholders as required.
