A Brief Overview Provides thought leadership in partnership with key stakeholders to advance the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Radiology Services. Responsible for strategic planning, daily operations, prioritization of key initiatives, resource deployment, and fiscal oversight. Directly responsible for Radiology clinical operations at the Philadelphia and Abington campuses across eleven modalities.

What you will do OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and continuously improve the operations model for the delivery of radiology services across modalities and CHOP sites of care Plan and manage clinical operations of all imaging: routine, specialized, diagnostic, and interventional services Partner with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to develop and continuously improve care delivery models, patient access and experience across all modalities Ensure clinical standards and procedures in accordance with hospital policies, state licensures, and accreditation requirements Work with key partners to lead departmental cross-functional strategic planning, goal-setting and prioritization PERSONNEL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and cultivate a leadership team to recruit and retain talent and develop staffing models Create a work climate which achieves high level employee engagement as measured through department specific metrics Coach and support direct reports in effective management and leadership strategies and invest in ongoing development ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Cultivate partnerships internally (leaders and departments) and externally (peers and industry) to enhance services and ensure best practices related to clinical and management methods, trends and practices Provide financial oversight of radiology clinical operations across Philadelphia and Abington campuses including budgeting, oversight of radiology procedure pricing, and financial stewardship initiatives Establish key metrics, data collection and reporting processes to strengthen data informed decision making and drive continuous improvement Additional duties as assigned may be required of this position

Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree Preferred

Experience Qualifications At least seven (7) years Experience managing clinical/ imaging modality operations Required Leadership/administrative experience in a large academic medical center Preferred

Licenses and Certifications Radiology Technologist (RT) - American Registry for Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) - upon hire - Required or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS) - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) - upon hire - Required or Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - upon hire - Required and Certified Radiology Administrator - Association for Medical Imaging Mana ement (AHRA) - within 12 months - Required

Skills and Abilities Prior experience demonstrating leadership skills to achieve expected results.
