AVEVA currently has an opportunity in the Digital Business commercial strategy team for a suitably skilled Project Manager. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is genuinely interested in technology and wants to be part of a high performing, cross-functional team supporting the strategic commercial transformation of AVEVA.

The ability to work together in a team will be an important quality to be successful. Many of the deliverables include orchestrating and managing the implementation of complex solutions across several cross-functional groups. You will become part of a larger team that helps each other to achieve these types of strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and stakeholder requirements for the flawless execution of projects.

  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and operational feasibility.

  • Ensure resource availability both within the team and from other teams where resource dependencies are required.

  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project collateral to document plans, progress, and deliverables.

  • Meet with stakeholders to take detailed project requirements and clarify specifics of each project.

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to drive progress with a sense of urgency.

  • Willingness to be very hands-on to unblock issues and resolve constraints impeding project success.

  • Skilled in developing and tracking budgets, planning of delivery and performance management.

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Technical aptitude and critical thinking mindset to understand issues and their underlying dependencies authentically and authoritatively.

  • Flexible mindset to adjust to changing environments.

  • Comfortable with heavy workload and able to handle simultaneous activities.

  • Ability to contribute to a positive working environment.

Salary Range:

$132,000.00 - $220,200.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
