Bongards' Creameries Production Supervisor in Perham, Minnesota

Description Job Summary: Bongards' Creameries is seeking a qualified person to be our Production Supervisor based out of our Perham facility. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overall operation of the plant on the second shift. Duties and Responsibilities: Overall responsible for plant operations on second shift to ensure that all production, safety and quality goals are met. Ensure the highest standards of quality, product safety and employee safety are maintained at all times in the facility. Attend production, safety and quality meetings as required to meet overall business goals. Partner with Human Resources on talent management, performance reviews and talent acquisition. Maintain the facility in an audit ready state for customers or regulatory agencies. Skills and Qualifications: Must have at least 5 years of food manufacturing experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity and must possess general knowledge of manufacturing processes. Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of employees and management. Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change. Strong project management skills. Professional presentation skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in Food Processing Industry. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Operations Management or related work experience Schedule: Day Shift 4:00pm to 4:00am with rotating days and requiring every other weekend. Pay: Salaray Range $72,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and certifications.
