We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will control meetings, gather tasks from team members, update project plans, and analyze data from changes made to project plans, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis. The ideal candidate will have the ability to break down complex information into smaller, understandable, actionable pieces of work. This position involves direct interaction with internal clients and requires the ability to work with a variety of personalities, often under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Control meetings and manage agendas.

• Gather and document tasks from team members.

• Update and maintain project plans.

• Analyze data from changes to project plans, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis.

• Break down complex information into smaller, understandable, and actionable tasks.

• Interact directly with internal clients.

• Work effectively with a variety of personalities under tight deadlines.

Essential Skills

• 2-7 years of project management experience.

• Proficiency in waterfall methodology.

• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple dependencies.

• Skilled in critical path management and communication.

• Experience with Microsoft Project.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in electrification project management is a plus.

• Knowledge of energy solutions.

• Strong communication skills.

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Experience with scrum methodology.

Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite in AC. The successful candidate will join a growing team within the PMO, offering a great opportunity for professional growth and development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
