Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
Working in a fabrication shop performing a variety of tasks! You will assist in moving materials, operating a forklift/pallet jack, using a tape measure for measuring materials, helping around the shop, and cleaning as needed.
Responsibilities
Assist in moving materials within the shop.
Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely.
Use a tape measure to measure materials accurately.
Help with various tasks around the shop.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Essential Skills
Experience operating a forklift.
Proficiency with power tools.
Proficiency with hand tools.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
General labor experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working as a material handler.
Holding the job title of a material handler previously.
Experience with blueprints is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pell City, Alabama.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
