SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - Growth-Oriented Company in Peachtree Corners

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting, with expertise in property management systems and a focus on delivering accurate, timely financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.

• Use property management software to accurately integrate and report financial transactions.

• Prepare and present financial reports for internal teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and best practices.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts.

• Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other partners as necessary.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, ideally with a focus on property management.

• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Appfolio) is required.

• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting principles.

• High attention to detail, with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
