[PMA-207 Sustainment Program Analyst, Journeyman: *[Job Responsibilities[: [Position directly supports the Tactical Airlift Program Office (PMA-207) as a Level 3 Sustainment IPT program manager/analyst. This position is responsible for supporting the structural safety, obsolescence, sustainment upgrades, acquisition planning, risk management, and systems integration of the USN/USMC C-130 fleets. The position also assists with the acquisition, contracting, budgeting, product support, and sustainment strategies for associated Planned Maintenance Interval (PMI) Sustainment contracts. Additionally, duties will include supporting the Level I Sustainment IPTL with development and execution of sustainment contracts to include commercial maintenance and organic sustainment programs, as well as being responsible for the coordination and management of all Naval Sustainment Support (NSS-A) pillar efforts. • A BA/BS degree and three (3) to ten (10) years of experience within program/project management. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: AA/AS degree with an additional two (2) years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four (4) years of experience
• Must have Program Management experience with strong written and verbal communications skills
• Experience with PM tools (i.e. AMS) and MS Office Products (including Project)
• Active Secret Level DoD security clearance
