ManTech Continuous Improvement Manager in Patuxent River, Maryland

The Continuous Improvement Manager leads the overall organizational change across the Logix contract. Working with the PM, Government leadership, and all contractor team members. he primary focus is on how changes to business systems and processes or the implementation of new technology affect existing personnel and create management plans that reduce employee resistance to change.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensures personnel quickly and efficiently adapt to various change initiatives and projects.

  • Creates organizational systems that encourage employees to quickly adopt new technologies and new ways of performing various operations, with the ultimate purpose of transforming Logix into a cadre of digitally fluent engineers and lifecycle support personnel.

  • Transforms Logix , breaking down silos, establishing a culture of communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of position-specific relevant experience

  • US Citizenship Required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Change Practitioner

  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 15lbs
