Triumph Group Calibration Technician in PARK CITY, Utah

Responsibilities
  • Perform temperature uniformity surveys and system accuracy tests on furnaces. Adjust PID setup on furnaces when needed
  • Verify and calibrate temperature controllers and overtemperature devices
  • Track and log control and test thermocouple usage
  • Accept or reject calibrations based off data collected
  • Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures
  • Compile reports based off SAT and TUS findings
  • Verify compliance with NADCAP/AMS2750 standard and update reports with any revisions to applicable specs.
  • Participate in NADCAP audits
  • Verify calibration of area tools
Qualifications
  • Computer skills & knowledge (word, excel, etc.)
  • Mechanical aptitude, problem solving abilities, basic math skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend specs and work instructions
  • Ability to work under limited supervision
  • Some knowledge of inspection equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Basic Knowledge of NADCAP/AMS 2750
  • Basic GD&T knowledge preferred
