Do you enjoy solving complex problems, interacting with stakeholders and managing EU-wide programs, all to improve customer experience?

As Senior 3P Concessions Manager, you will work cross-functionally with different internal teams, and closely with our Carrier partners to identify and solve problems in the delivery experience.

You will be responsible for leading 1 or 2 programs for outbound operations, and for managing and improving delivery performance across multiple carriers and geographic regions.

Key job responsibilities

• Program Management: Lead 1 or 2 comprehensive programs across various EU countries.

• Performance Management: Manage and enhance the concessions performance of multiple carriers in 1 or 2 georgraphic regions. Run deep dives to identify root causes. Develop and implement action plans with clear milestones and objectives.

• Process Improvement: Establish long-term, scalable processes with carriers, ensuring their engagement and collaboration.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Communication and Engagement: Maintain engagement with leadership and key stakeholders, and foster effective communication and partnerships.

Basic Qualifications

• Significant program or project management experience

• Results-driven individual with strong proactiveness

• Good analytical and communication skills

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in business, operations, supply chain, logistics.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques. Process improvement experience.

• Experience working within the transportation delivery industry and a solid understanding of carrier operations are advantageous.
