We are looking for a Talent Solutions Account Executive to join our team in tapping into potential client opportunities and generating new business. You will be responsible for responding blanketing your region with outbound activity as well as to inbound inquiries. You will target companies and teams & prioritize depending on potential, identify the best solution to solve our customers challenges and position our talent solutions (Hiring & Learning). Although you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the client. You will first and foremost build a strategy for your territory in which you will intentionally define your various go-to-market approach: lead generation campaign, direct outbound prospection and channel partner agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan to identify & prioritize your actions on a defined territory

  • Define specific plans with our sales development teams and track progress

  • Define specific plans with our partner agencies (in collaboration with our channels team) and track progress

  • Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline

  • Build strong personal relationships with prospects, market stakeholders and agency partners

  • Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status 

  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level

  • Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this team 

  • Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

  • Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of applicable sales experience in acquisition roles

  • Fluency in French and in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAAS business model

  • Experience with HR Solutions (recruitment solutions, learning solutions, talent management solutions)

  • Experience selling to customers with an indirect model / through partners agencies

  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions. 

  • Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills

  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment 

  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others

  • Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors

  • Ability to educate third party partners on our solutions, business models so they can address customers in autonomy.
