Honeywell Facilities Support Technician Palmetto, Florida

As a Facilities Support Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management and operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing facility maintenance, repairs, and operations, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to optimizing facility performance and creating a positive and productive workplace for our employees.

You will report directly to our Facilities Manager and you'll work out of our Palmetto, FL location.

In this role, you will impact our facility operations and contribute to the overall success of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness and utility support

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations

  • Optimize facility performance and operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet facility needs

  • Ability to work in a team environment

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in facilities support or maintenance

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

  • Ability to operate a forklift

  • Associate's degree in Facilities Management or related field

  • Experience with safety regulations and compliance

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
