Description We are on the lookout for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant who is proficient in handling projects and consulting tasks within our organization, located in Palatine, Illinois. This role is a contract position and requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with both internal and external teams, ensuring that all requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. Experience with CRM, Cloud Technologies, and Database management is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure all requests are executed accurately and on time.

• Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira to manage and track project progress.

• Apply knowledge of CRM, Cloud Technologies, and Database management to drive project success.

• Facilitate project implementation, ensuring all components are in place for successful completion.

• Coordinate with financial teams to ensure project budget processes are followed and deliverables are met.

• Manage the use and implementation of various applications such as Blackbaud, Sage, Intact, and Virtuous.

• Utilize design skills to enhance project outcomes and improve user experience.

• Use EO/IR systems and 'About Time' management tools to optimize project timelines.

• Conduct AB Testing to ensure the effectiveness of project elements.

• Work closely with the Sage Intacct system, ensuring its effective utilization within the project framework. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Atlassian Jira

• Experience with Cloud Technologies is required

• Knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Proficient in database management and operations

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience with "About Time" software

• Skills in AB Testing techniques

• Understanding of budget processes

• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables

• Possess a strong design sense

• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus

• Proven track record in Project Management or Senior Consultancy roles

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
