Anticipated Start Date of Work: 2025-04-01 Anticipated End Date of Work: 2025-12-15 Worksite Location(s): Work will be performed in multiple worksites located within the counties of Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Summit, and Portage. Job Description: R&R Landscaping located at 156 Lusard Street, Painesville, OH 44077 is seeking to hire 10 FULL TIME, TEMPORARY LANDSCAPERS to work from April 1, 2025 to December 15, 2025. Work locations are in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Portage, Summit counties. The employer will provide transportation from shop to work sites. Job Duties: landscape, plant, repair and maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, pruning, maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, cleaning up and assisting with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. This is a full time, temporary job. Work days/hrs are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, 40hrs/week, overtime as needed. Pay is $18.73/hr with OT pay at $28.10/hr. Wage is paid weekly. Bonus/raises awarded based on merit and/or tenure with employer. Job Requirements: Able to lift/carry 50lbs. No experience required. Random post hire background, drug and alcohol checks. 2 references requested. Able to obtain a U.S. driver's license. Work will be performed in multiple worksites located within the counties of Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Summit, and Portage. Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. The employer will provide transportation from shop in Painesville to work locations. Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: No. Is On-the-Job Training available?: Yes. No experience required, the employer will train.        The selected option for how the worker will be provided with or reimbursed for inbound transportation/daily subsistence is: Reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H-2B ASSURANCES Deductions from the Worker's Paycheck: The employer is required to make all payroll deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. First Work Week Reimbursement: The employer will reimburse the worker in the first workweek for all visa, border, and related fees.   Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment at no cost to the worker.   Single Workweek for Pay: A single workweek will be used in computing wages due as required by law.
