Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in a manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating dyeing machines, ensuring they run correctly, and maintaining quality standards throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor dyeing machines to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain quality standards by inspecting materials and finished products.
Utilize hand and power tools to perform necessary adjustments and repairs.
Assist with general labor tasks, including assembly and packaging.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Essential Skills
Experience in machine operation and maintenance.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Ability to perform general labor tasks, such as assembly and packaging.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing plant where you will be operating dyeing machines. The facility is non-climate controlled, so it is important to be comfortable working in varying temperatures. Safety protocols are strictly followed to ensure a safe and productive workspace.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxford, Alabama.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
