We are currently looking for a Compliance Analyst I/II/III/Sr to work in our Owensboro, KY location.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This role will be responsible for the daily processing and tracking of Boardwalk’s Records of Training (ROTs) and Records of Evaluation (ROEs) into Veriforce. The role is expected to review documentation for completeness and accuracy before submitting to Veriforce. Maintain OQ mailbox and communicate with Field personnel to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Set up new user accounts in VeriSource as needed.

The role will manage OMS work orders for Compliance Services. This includes data entry and providing reports/analysis from this system and responding to OMS help desk incidents.

Will provide reports and analysis from Compliance systems (OMS) to Manager, Compliance Services and DOT Compliance Specialists. Typical reports will include monthly reports identifying nearing compliance dates and issues identified. Provide data analysis on targeted subjects such as valve maintenance, pipeline jurisdiction, inspections, etc.

The role will also process Management of Change requests for Compliance Services by reviewing current procedures against proposed revisions, routing for approvals and updating compliance documents and Portal as required after approval of the revision.

This role may be asked to participate in PHMSA audits by pulling necessary data or help with the inspection documentation and organizing protocols.

It is expected that this role may be asked to work with Operations to ensure they understand proper documentation of various compliance requirements. The role will also be expected to work with administrators to correct deficiencies that may be found.

This role is expected to assist with special studies assigned by the Manager, Compliance Services. This may include outlining various processes and identification of gaps in processes where errors may occur.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have excellent computer skills and the ability to learn

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Must be able to manage a diverse range of assignments requiring experience, innovation, judgment, and initiative

  • Candidate must be able to balance multiple priorities with established time constraints in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to excel in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Should be action-oriented and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment

    PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience using VeriSource, SharePoint and Maximo

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in pipeline operations
