Manpower is seeking candidates for a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician Lead to join a dynamic team for a client in Oviedo, FL who is a leading provider of electro-mechanical products, committed to delivering high-quality solutions to their clients. The Electrical Technician Lead will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electro-mechanical products. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead and train a team of electrical technicians.

Job Title: Electrical Technician (Class II Soldering)

Location: Oviedo, FL

Pay: $23.00 - 25.00/hr (Depending on Experience)

Schedule : Mon - Fri, 6:30am - 3:00pm; Mon - Thu, 6:30am - 4:00pm (off every other Friday)

What’s the Job?

• Distribute and manage projects among the electrical team.

• Troubleshoot and repair wiring, PCB (both SMT/Thru Hole), and other components.

• Perform final system calibration and testing of electro-mechanical assemblies.

• Train other technicians on soldering, crimping, harness fabrication, and workmanship standards.

• Teach and explain schematics and drawings to other technicians.

• Coordinate work for the electrical group to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.

• Support final integration and testing of electro-mechanical assemblies.

What’s Needed?

• Associate's degree in Electronics or related field, or equivalent experience in troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical products.

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing wiring, PCB (both SMT/Thru Hole).

• Proficiency in soldering to an IPC Class 2 minimum standard .

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Experience in crimping commercial and military style pins.

• Skilled in cable harness assembly, lacing, and routing.

• Ability to read and understand schematics.

• Experience in training other employees on schematics and workmanship.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Experience in a lead or supervisory role is preferred.

• Familiarity with final system calibration and testing processes is preferred.
