Responsibilities This position operates under the general supervision of the Bursar and primarily reviews, approves, and advises on a variety of advanced financial transactions. May prepare some financial transactions and reconcile transactions. Troubleshoots advanced financial errors, recommends controls and process improvements. Maintains financial records, provides administrative processing support, and provides customer service for all stakeholders. Responsible for completing cash, check, credit card, and other electronic payment transactions while maintaining daily transaction record that will balance to system at end of day. Provides friendly, helpful customer service to customers at the Cashier window as well as via email and telephone.
