The Role

As an IT infrastructure specialist, this role involves direct communication with clients to implement and operate their IT strategies.

Specifically, this includes promoting cloud utilization and IT security strengthening initiatives (primarily server and client-related) in collaboration with clients:

• Supporting internal procedures for clients when they adopt cloud services

• Implementing clients' IT security enhancement strategies (primarily server and client-related)

• Verifying, introducing, and operating IT security tools

• Providing support for cloud service utilization verification from the client's perspective

In addition to the above, other tasks related to supporting the client's IT department (infrastructure section) are possible:

• Collaborating with clients on IT infrastructure-related planning, construction, and introduction promotion

• Promoting enhancement of IT service management

• Providing assistance for business efficiency improvement (automation, AI utilization) etc.

□具体的には、お客様のクラウド活用推進、ITセキュリティ強化施策（主にサーバ・クライアント関連）の展開を、お客様とコミュニケーションを取りながら推進

　　・お客様業務部門がクラウド活用する際の社内手続きをサポート

　　・お客様のITセキュリティ強化施策を展開（主にサーバ・クライアント関連）

　　・ITセキュリティツールの検証・導入・運用

　　・お客様の立場でクラウドサービス活用検証のサポート

□上記以外でも、お客様のIT部門（インフラ担当）をサポートする業務に携わることも可能

　　・お客様と一緒にITインフラ関連の企画、構築・導入推進

　　・ITサービスマネージメント強化の推進

　　・業務効率化支援（自動化、生成AI活用）　　　など

　・お客様の海外拠点担当者とWeb会議・メール・チャットでのコミュニケーションができること

□クラウド関連（特にAWS、Azure）の構築・運用経験

□（サーバ、クライアント関連）セキュリティツールの検証・構築・運用経験

□勤務地：大阪府　（一部　在宅勤務も可能）

　　※将来的にローテーション等により担当が変わった場合は、変動あり

□経験年数

　　・社会人になって3年以上 （社会人として基本的な指導が不要な方）

　　・IT企業、もしくは中規模以上の企業の情報部門での勤務経験が望ましい

< Required Technical and Professional Experience >

• Product Skills: Windows Server, Linux Server

• Work Experience: Server building and operation (Windows, Linux), regardless of years of experience. While direct involvement in building and operating servers is minimal, the ability to engage in technical discussions with those who do is necessary, particularly during the implementation of security measures. Also required is experience in leading and managing IT strategy deployment themes, such as rolling out security enhancement strategies for servers operated by client business departments.

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate and negotiate with non-IT department representatives at client workplaces. Ability to communicate and negotiate with vendors on a technical level. Japanese language communication is mandatory.

< Preferred Technical and Professional Experience >

• English language communication: Ability to communicate via web conference, email, and chat with overseas counterparts at client locations.

• Cloud-related (especially AWS, Azure) build and operation experience.

• Experience in verifying, building, and operating security tools related to servers and clients.

• Location: Osaka prefecture. Partial remote work possible. Note: location may vary due to potential rotation or other changes.

• Years of experience, age range:

More than three years as a salaried employee (individuals who can work independently without basic guidance preferred).

Experience in the IT department of a company, preferably a mid-sized company or larger.
