What You’ll Get to Do :

As the Program Subcontract Coordinator at CACI, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all subcontract activities associated with the Program. You will oversee the entire acquisition process, supporting the program’s services, products and solutions from initial development through production to sustainment phases. You’ll work closely with Corporate Contract and Subcontracts department, acting as a strategic business partner responsible for building lasting relationships and delivering balanced and equitable business deals thus ensuring the long-term, mutual success of CACI and its Customers. As such, the ideal candidate will be able to impact business outcomes, collaborate across the business and with other functions, cultivate relationships with DoD, Army, Foreign, and Commercial Customers and develop creative innovative business solutions. You will leverage the Award Fee Program to achieve intended performance outcomes. The Program Subcontracts Coordinator position is fully integrated with the Programs at the CACI location. Based on the position’s requirement to access the portfolio’s, the role will require a Secret clearance. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely from home and in the office as required to accomplish their responsibilities.

More About the Role:

What You’ll Get to Do:

You will be responsible for the overall Subcontracts Coordination for a $3.6B, 5-year contract with 7 Subcontract Partners on this program, coordinating with your leadership team for oversight and corporate visibility.

Provide government contracting/FEDSIM expertise and leadership to the W-TRS Program and Subcontracts Administrators.

Establish objectives/schedules for each subcontractor and monitor their performance on a regular basis to ensure optimal operational results, reporting results to the PM, the PEO, and FEDSIM’s AAS

Oversee the entire subcontract management process, ensuring all subcontracts and purchase orders are awarded and executed in alignment with program timelines and requirements.

Monitor, review, and identify areas of process improvement for overall subcontractor performance.

Coordinate with subcontracts, accounting and finance departments in managing subcontract invoicing and payments, subcontractor performance evaluation, and closeout process.

Monitor and track subcontractor activities, performance and deliverables.

Function as a key member of the Program Management team, maintaining daily interactions with CACI PMO staff.

Build and maintain relationships with the PMO, FEDSIM AAS, and PEO STRI partners.

Support the negotiations process associated with non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and other contractual documents.

Lead the review and development of Statements of Work (SOWs) to clearly define project scopes, deliverables, and quality standards, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Guide the process of receiving technical direction letters and responding back to FEDSIM w/in 24 days with a technical direction plan, ensuring compliance and alignment with program objectives.

Establish excellent working relationships with Program Managers and other internal stake holders.

Conduct OCI screenings.

Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation approaches.

Interpret contract terms and handle subsequent issues.

Coordinate with CACI Export team and International Business Office for processing export licenses and documentation.

Actively participate in client meetings and reviews.

Assist Program Management Office with tracking award fee and metrics for CACI and subcontractors.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or Liberal Arts or the equivalent

experience.

10 years of professional experience working as a subcontract administrator/manager

in positions of progressive responsibility, including a depth and breadth of

knowledge in RFP and subcontract preparation, Federal and Defense Acquisition

Regulations including the implementation and integration of changing acquisition

regulations and FEDSIM procedures.

Experience in working and collaboratively resolving subcontract issues with internal

and external customers.

Proven experience leading and building teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Expert experience with MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :

Successful execution GSA, FESSIM AAS and competitive contracting.

An MBA or equivalent.

PMI PMP Certification.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$59,100 - $124,100
