POSITION SUMMARY
Our Receptionist/HR Assistant’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Review Resumes Identifying Key Qualifications and Experiences Related to Specified Job Descriptions
Identify Qualified Candidates who have applied via ATS and Related Job Boards
Schedule interviews
Collect and follow up on receiving proper documentation from applicants.
Perform Reference Checks
Document All Key Information pertaining to Candidates
Field Inbound Calls to the Agency
Source Candidates from Other Job Boards
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Healthcare Recruitment Experience is a plus
Working Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
Exceptional Writing Skills
Excellent with social media (Preferred)
Research and Analytical
Bilingual is a plus
Superior Phone Etiquette
Outstanding Customer Service Skills
