Oracle Oracle Cloud Enterprise Application Integration Engineer in Orlando, Florida

Job Description

This is a customer facing role that allows you to work with our customers and implementation partners as a techno-functional integration engineer, responsible for delivering solutions and assisting our customers through the lifecycle of their project and in their journey to Oracle SCM Cloud. They also act as a techno-functional point of contact between business and technical counterparts. This role combines hands on technical expertise and customer management. Specific to integration between applications, you will be working cross-product with other support and product development teams, success management, and executive sponsors to deliver integrated solutions to our customers.6 or more years of technical leadership experience in recent enterprise-level SCM implementations, particularly with Oracle Cloud SCM integrations . Has hands-on expertise for Cloud SCM Integration and detailed understanding on Oracle SCM Cloud configuration and architecture.

Responsibilities

Desired Skills/Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud SCM and Integrations

  • 7+ years of experience working as a technical expert in SCM or ERP applications

  • Possess strong technical knowledge of various integration and middleware solutions including Oracle Integration Cloud [OIC], Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, FTP and File-Based Data Import (FBDI).

  • Has hands-on expertise for Cloud SCM Integration with modules / systems.

  • Detailed understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud setup and architecture.

  • Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Security and Integration Security

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards pertaining to Cloud.

  • Analyze the performance of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions implemented by customers and identify areas for improvement. Optimizing configurations, tuning, and optimizing integration flows and application design to enhance performance.

  • Investigating and resolving technical issues, integration issues, such as errors, performance bottlenecks.

  • Hands on expertise for Analytics, BICC, OTBI, and SQL optimization.

  • Ability have working knowledge of Python.

  • Expert functional knowledge of at least two of the Fusion Supply Chain Management applications.

  • Oracle Cloud certification in one or two modules is preferred.

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Certification or higher is required.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering enablement training, either in-person or virtually.

You’re Key Duties & Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Product Development, Global Support and other teams to handhold customer through ongoing implementation challenges.

  • Engage with Oracle's strategic customers and partners, representing Oracle products and services.

  • Deliver solution related guidance to individual customers, addressing inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships.

  • Publish best practice material including whitepapers, how-to's, best-in-class case studies of solutions and product usage.

  • Participate in pre-release testing related to Supply Chain and Integration Flows.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Fusion pre-bult Integrations and implementations in key areas such as: Purchase Order Flow, Work Order, Sales Order Flow, Transfer Orders Flow, RMA Flow, or Supplier ASN/ASN Flow and their configuration.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $21.59 to $60.63 per hour; from $44,900 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
