Siemens Energy Business Development Manager for Distribution Transformers – Southeast Region in Orlando, Florida

A Snapshot of Your Day

The Business Development Manager for Distribution Transformers – Southeast Region for driving business development of Siemens Energy distribution transformers within a defined geographic area. The BDM will work with customers, sales agents, and factories to provide technical and commercial solutions, while leading day-to-day sales operations. The role aims to increase order intake, market visibility, and profitability in the region.

What You Bring

  • Electrical or mechanical engineer with 3+ years of technical or commercial experience in technical sales or marketing (transformer experience is a plus).

  • Self-motivated with supervisory experience (preferred).

  • Excellent organizational skills for managing tasks and projects efficiently.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers and internal staff.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.

  • Skilled in establishing relationships and negotiation.

  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
