Robert Half is seeking an experienced A/P Analyst for an exciting opportunity! The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for managing and processing high volumes of invoices efficiently and accurately. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable processes and a keen understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Accurately process high volumes of invoices, ensuring timely payment and adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Vendor Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly.

• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of vendor statements and AP sub-ledger to the general ledger to ensure accuracy.

• Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Data Entry: Ensure accurate entry of invoice data into the accounting system, maintaining detailed records and documentation.

• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations related to accounts payable activities.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the accounts payable function.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and relevant regulations.

  Requirements

Ability to work onsite in either Winter Park or Lake Mary

Great Plains, Workday, Sage, and Excel experience a plus!

Strong analytic ability

5+ years' experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst

Ability to meet assigned deadlines

Ability to act and operate with minimal daily direction from Controller
