What You Do

Receptionist

Operate a switchboard that accommodates a large number of incoming calls

Process incoming and outgoing mail

Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contact person in a friendly and cheerful manner

Route incoming faxes

Stock office supplies and kitchens

Travel to Horton locations as needed

Other duties as assigned

Your Education and Experience

Required

2+ years Reception experience with multi-line phone system

Customer service oriented / courteous & friendly

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

The employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management Program

The applicable base salary range for this role is \$43,700 to \$81,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
