Description

We are in the process of expanding our team and are currently on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant. This role is based out of OLEY, Pennsylvania, and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with managing driver's logs, running compliance reports, and undertaking various administrative duties. This position is fully on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily reviews of driver's logs

• Ensuring driver's logs are certified and complete on a daily basis

• Generating compliance reports as part of routine duties

• Undertaking varied administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Data Entry.

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook.

• Previous experience in filing, both physical and digital documents.
