Job Description:

Job title: Project Engineer\ Location: 6001 S Air Depot Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK\ Onsite/remote/hybrid: 100% onsite\ Potential Start Date: 6/21/2024\ Schedule: 8-5 M-F\ Contract: 6-month contract\ Requested secret clearance: None\ Travel required: None\ Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership to individual contributors representing multiple skill areas, which may include internal and external resources and customers
• Develops integrated project schedules to satisfy development and delivery of ongoing and new business requirements
• Works with customers and management to obtain approvals
• Responds to changes to SOW, assesses the impact and negotiates proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables, resources, and schedules
• Leads execution of Support Systems product development to complete the work statement
• Identifies and reports project technical performance metrics
• Plans, identifies, and coordinates resources required over the life of the project
• Compares actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned
• Provides technical and integration leadership for the development and execution of project plans

\ Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science required
• 5+ years experience in leading teams or projects required
• 5+ years experience supporting cross functional teams a must
• 10+ years experience as a Technical Lead for USAF deliverable capability preferred
• Experience providing briefings to senior level management desired
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams a plus
• Experience with USAF Technical Orders and Time Compliant Technical Orders strongly preferred
• Experience leading technical/source data reviews desired
• Previous experience working in an organic aircraft modification environment a plus
