Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Facilities Management, the Supervisor assists in the overall operation of the department to provide an optimum and cost effective operation of all equipment, buildings, grounds and other hospital properties.

UPDATED WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

What qualifications you will need:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Trade schools helpful.

• Ability to read, write and understand English.

• At least four years of commercial construction or industrial experience in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.

• At least 3 years of practical experience in an accredited hospital engineering department, supervisory level or above.

• Credit for related work experience will be determined by the Director of Facilities Management and can overrule the above requirements.

We are licensed by Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration as a Primary Stroke Center. We provide diagnostic services accredited by the American College of Radiology. Our Hospital’s surgical services include minimally invasive procedures. HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital is a community hospital with state-of-the-art practices.
