Rolfson Oil Sales Account Manager Odessa, Texas

Salary:  $90,000 - $100,000/ year

    Job Duties:

  • Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure a steady stream of consistent orders and maximum sales of Rolfson Oil’s products and services to each account

  • Visit customer sites to generate orders, maintain and develop relationships, and grow sales of existing and new product lines

  • Work to expand existing customer account volumes

  • Collaborate closely with your supervisor to effectively maintain and grow the assigned accounts

  • Track sales activity using trending reports as directed

  • Prioritize daily customer office and site visits based on sales activity and ordering patterns

  • Protect company and customer by using discretion and keeping information confidential

  • Grow market share and enhance company reputation

  • Responsible for understanding and communicating the customer's requirements for billing to ensure the Rolfson’s finance team has all the information needed for the company to be paid

  • Responsible for resolving unpaid invoices

  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

    Skills/Qualifications:  Selling and closing skills, sales planning, time management, keen to customer needs, market knowledge, meeting sales goals, professionalism, reporting.

    Requirements:

  • Flexible schedule a plus

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or business development

  • Prior Oilfield sales experience preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Customer service oriented

  • Above average communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Tech savvy

  • Ability to build relationships with customers

  • Results driven (hitting numbers, handling high pressure)

  • Safe driving history

  • Pass criminal background

  • Pass drug test
