We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join our Strategy team and help us define and execute our strategic agenda across the organization.

Responsibilities

As a Strategy Manager, you will report to the Head of Strategy, who is part of Universal Robots’ Senior Management Team. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems and growth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation. Moreover,

• Lead and manage strategic projects across various topics, such as industry strategy, go-to-market, service, growth, product portfolio, operational excellence, and organizational design

• Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems, and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation

• Be sparring partner for our business areas and key functional areas (sales, service, marketing, innovation etc.) and support and drive key strategic transformations needed

• Support the development, evaluation and communication of the company ’ s strategy, and facilitate the mid-term-plans and priorities

• Identify and evaluate potential M&A and partner opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, and collaborate effectively across functions and regions

• Monitor and evaluate the impact and performance of strategic initiatives and provide feedback and suggestions for improvements

  You will be part of owning and driving the development and communication of the company’s overall strategy and vision, mission, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence . The following profile will make us curious about you.

• A master’s degree in business , DTU or related field

• 3 + years of experience in from a top tier management consulting company, and preferably sup p lemented with 2-3 years of experience from a similar role in a growth technology company

• Experience from robotics or automation technolgy is a plus, but not requirement

• A proven track record of leading and delivering complex and impactful strategic projects, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner

• A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and in teams, and adapt to changing priorities and environments

• A passion for robotics and innovation, and a curiosity to learn and grow

  Workplace can be hybrid with 2-3 days a week in Odense, DK.
