Duties include:

• Handle incoming orders from new and existing customers concerning information, order status, product inquiries, etc.
• Order entry in Fenevision
• Tracking customers orders manually and through  the computer system
• Working with the "walk-in"customer
• Maintaining filing system
• File all quotes and orders
• Matching paperwork after delivery or pick-up, and filing
• Troubleshoot customers' problems
• Handling different projects assigned by Manager, such as working in different non-production departments
• Working with departments within the company to resolve issues

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus

   

Additional skills:

• Must have a knowledge of replacement and new construction windows
• Ability to learn computer entry system (Fenevision)
• Great phone skills
• Great problem solving skills
• Patience and flexible thinking is a plus
