Description and Requirements
Responsibilities
Monitor team performance, prepare program status reports for key marketing and sales stakeholders, and work with the marketing leads to suggest and execute training improvements
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and opportunities.
Support and lead meetings with Marketing and Sales to share program status, lead reporting, and escalations
Maintain collaborative relationships between Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and the sales enablement teams to ensure the Lead Development Team is aligned with the priorities of the Sales & Mktg organizations
Provide Team support for day-to-day customer engagement activities
Implement best practices for lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion
Utilize various lead generation tools and technologies to optimize team performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure; adapt quickly to change
Ability to effectively follow standard operating procedures and processes
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Proficient in communicating (written & verbal)
At least 3-5 years in a sales, lead development/business development Team Lead role with a track record of success
Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
Experience cold calling, content/email/script creation
Knowledge of the PC and IT industry (Preferred)
Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude, creative thinker, resilient, and driven to provide high-quality customer service
Commitment to achieving individual and team performance goals
