Job Title: Test Technician 1st Shift Paying $26/hr

Job Description

Our company is an industry leader in high-tech camera and positioning systems. Since 1933, our positioning systems have been designed and manufactured in the USA for use in harsh and challenging environments. We are currently seeking a skilled Test Technician for the 1st shift with hours from 5:00am - 2:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems.

• Perform assembly and calibration tasks.

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and electronic drawings.

• Utilize hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.

• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on gears, bearings, and other components.

• Conduct root cause analysis from connectors to wires.

• Solder and work with PCB and circuit boards.

• Perform electronic assembly and mechanical assembly tasks.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience using voltmeters and oscilloscopes.

• 3+ years of experience reading schematics and/or electronic drawings.

• 3+ years of experience with hand and power tools.

• 3+ years of troubleshooting experience, including root cause analysis.

• 3+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Any experience with a multimeter.

• Experience working for a government contractor or on military equipment is a plus.

• Better tenure at past roles will increase chances of an offer.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
