Adecco is recruiting for a Store Manager for a client in Syracuse, NY , specializing in the pool and spa industry.
Are you an experienced retail manager with a passion for pools and spas? We are looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and oversee all aspects of retail operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in pool and spa products, retail management, and exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to increase customer satisfaction, drive store traffic, and optimize profitability within the pool and spa industry.
Achieve sales targets by motivating, training, and mentoring sales staff, while providing continuous feedback to enhance performance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and expert guidance on pool and spa products, maintenance, and accessories.
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Analyze sales trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Propose innovative ideas and strategies to expand market share and maintain competitive advantage.
Conduct regular performance appraisals, identify training needs, and help employees build career paths in the pool and spa field.
Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring the highest level of service is always maintained.
Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service, high performance, and ethical standards.
Perform additional store manager duties as needed to ensure the store operates smoothly.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a retail manager, preferably within the pool and spa industry or a similar product-focused environment.
Strong leadership and business acumen with the ability to drive results.
Exceptional customer service skills, with experience in guiding customers through pool and spa purchases and care.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
Ability to manage store operations and solve complex problems effectively.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
