ManpowerGroup IT Help Desk Support North Little Rock, Arkansas

Our client, a leading provider of revenue cycle management services, is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Analyst to join their team. As an IT Help Desk Support Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting internal users. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Help Desk Support Analyst

Location: North Little Rock, AR 72113 (On-Site)

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, or in person

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), CRMs, and other internal applications

  • Troubleshoot PCs, printers, software, network connectivity, and hardware issues

  • Manage help desk tickets efficiently and track resolutions

  • Assist with software installations, updates, and maintenance

What's Needed?

  • Previous IT support or help desk experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting techniques

  • Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
