ManpowerGroup Patient Services Representative North Little Rock, Arkansas

Our client, a trusted provider of revenue cycle management services, is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join their team. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be part of the patient care team supporting a compassionate and organized environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Patient Services Representative

Location: North Little Rock, AR

Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.50 an hour

What's the Job?

  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Assist patients with questions about their bills, insurance coverage, payment options, and account balances.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and insurance issues efficiently.

  • Process payments and set up payment plans according to patient needs.

  • Accurately document patient interactions and update account information in our system.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is a plus.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or medical billing environment.

  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance, billing practices, and patient payment processes preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive patient interactions with compassion and professionalism.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
