Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence Sales Operations Specialist in North Kingstown, Rhode Island

Summary About this Position Sales Operations & Enablement is a diverse team that works with Executive Leadership, Sales Management, Account Executives and Solution Engineers teams to drive productivity, effectiveness & readiness to better serve our buyers. You will be a key member of the sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager specifically focused on Sales Operations. At Hexagon, Sales Operations is a strategic function that brings a system to selling. It designs and manages activities, processes and tools to help front line sales teams to sell better, faster and more efficiently. Job Responsibilities Essential Functions * Directly support Account Executives and Sales Managers at all points in the sales cycle. * Be a product, pricing, and policy subject matter expert, as well as the main point of contact for approximately 20+ Sales Reps. * Manage the entire quote-to-cash process for new bookings. * Aid in generating quotes and proposals for our sales teams. * Critical role in interfacing with Order Fulfillment team to ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and timely closure of booked sales opportunities in Salesforce.com. * Produce monthly reporting on customer usage trends and transaction history data that will improve decision velocity for sales account executives and leadership to generate more pipeline and revenue. * Help to maintain Salesforce.com pipeline and customer data quality. * Work cross-functionally with partners in Sales, Services, Support, Product, Finance, Marketing, IT, and HR to support business initiatives. * Document and flowchart business processes. * Seek to take initiative and improve the tools and processes used by the sales organization. * Ad hoc reporting and projects to help support the sales organization. * Maintain the security and privacy of ETQ's information assets. Qualifications Preferred Experience and Requirements * Salesforce CRM super-user. * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 1 year experience in sales operations or equivalent experience working with a Sales team. * Finance oriented. * Microsoft Office Suite Experience - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. * Clear and concise written & verbal communication. * Time & deadline management. * Strong analytical skills. * Detail-oriented & diligent. * Teamwork & collaboration oriented. * Able to take initiative, ownership, and be proactive in their daily work. * Comfortable with conflict resolution & persuasion. * Should have a service mentality. * Able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with Salesforce CPQ, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, InsightSquared.
