JCTM LLC Configuration Management Analyst in North Charleston, South Carolina
The Challenge
Supporting the success of defense acquisition programs requires a meticulous approach to Configuration Management (CM) and Integrated Product Support (IPS). JCTM is seeking experienced logistics analysts with a strong background in configuration management to ensure the accuracy, security, and consistency of program data, documentation, and inventory. Challenging Projects
As a Configuration Management Analyst, you will be responsible for executing CM responsibilities as outlined in approved Configuration Management Plans (CMPs) for multiple programs. This includes software audits, baseline management, engineering change proposals (ECPs), and software license tracking. You will play a key role in maintaining CM databases, managing configuration documentation, and ensuring compliance with DoD policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Configuration Management (CM) tasks in accordance with established Configuration Management Plans (CMPs).
Draft, manage, and track Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and coordinate board schedules.
Conduct software audits, reporting, and version control.
Manage, coordinate, and support Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs) and Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) with the engineering team.
Oversee baseline management and tracking of functional, allocated, product, system, software, and document baselines.
Draft and maintain System Version Descriptions (SyVDs) and Product Tree Structures.
Administer software management tools such as DoN Application and Database Management System (DADMS) and Defense Information Technology Portfolio Repository-DoN (DITPR-DoN).
Conduct Lifecycle Configuration Review Boards (LCRBs) and Change Request (E-CR) tracking.
Manage document records in CMPRO, ensuring compliance and proper release procedures.
Oversee software record management, media tracking, duplication, and distribution for fielding.
Participate in Configuration Control Boards (CCB) and serve as a CM Board Member.
Provide CMPRO training and administration (setting up user roles, routes, and permissions).
Support documentation development and compliance with PM IS document templates.
Assist in preparing responses to program taskers and deliverables.

You Have
SECRET Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Six (6) years of experience in defense lifecycle logistics support with a focus on configuration management (or eight (8) years if not DAWIA LCL Level 1 certified).
Four (4) years of experience supporting C4ISR systems.
Experience with:
Hardware and software inventory management.
Configuration Control Boards (CCB) and change management.
Product Configuration Management tools and best practices.
Software verification processes within DADMS and CMPRO.
Nice to Haves
Professional Logistics Certification (DAWIA LCL Level 1 or equivalent training).
Experience with Marine Corps Software Enterprise License Management System (MCSELMS) and Marine Corps Common Hardware Suite (MCHS).
Prior work on Lifecycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Maintenance Plans, and Technical Manuals.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A Secret clearance is required for this position.
