We are looking to hire a Manager of Regional Sales based in North Carolina or Georgia.

Job Duties:

The purpose of this position is a strategic leadership position to grow the Valvoline business by developing, calling on, and servicing regional accounts for the Valvoline family of products. This position will have extensive knowledge of the Automotive Dealership channel and will help create and execute a selling platform, marketing programs, and account specific promotions that deliver strategic growth for the Valvoline Global Products. Relationship building with the regional accounts is critical to the success of this role. This includes customer site visits, and various face to face interactions at domestic locations throughout the Southeastern United States.

  • Develop and enrich relationships with key dealership customers, management, sales, operations and customer service.

  • Business reviews & performance scorecarding – analyze performance of each rooftop and identify strategy for growth

  • Assess and diagnose business, marketing, supply chain, legal, customer service, and training needs and deliver appropriate customized solutions for maximizing Valvoline product growth for today and into the future

  • Negotiating and extending contracts and supply agreements or RFP/RFQs, with experience using templated non-templated contracts and business tools (CPQ, Proposals, Development funds, etc)

  • Hire, develop, and train Key & Regional Dealer Account Executives

  • Own, manage, and review P&L and applicable cost centers

  • New account and location onboarding and ongoing management

What You’ll Need

  • BA degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of three to five years of sales and management experience

  • Strong account ownership and account support experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.com

  • Business and Marketing Acumen

  • Sales Persuasion and Negotiation

  • Presentation skills and Stage presence

  • Ability to travel extensively

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
