DESCRIPTION: The Development Manager works alongside a team of administrators, coordinators, electricians and technicians to produce detailed proposals for clients. The role is multi-faceted and includes management of various databases, software tools, incentive programs, service, support & training. DUTIES: Projects - Manage the proposal development process through to contract. - Reconcile project database tool at any phase. - Manage the project incentive process through payment and closeout. Customers - Develop and maintain a customer service database. - Manage inventory databases for long-term customers. - Budget development. Team - Develop efficiency tools to compliment the needs of DES and customers. - Document processes for cross training and future support staff. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, Adobe, PowerPoint, Word - Ability to analyze, use, and mimic data and codes quickly and accurately. - Willing and able to meet strict deadlines. - Strong communication skills and has worked within a team environment. - Organized and disciplined, able to focus through many distractions and multiple high-priority tasks pending. - Results driven, follow-through a must. - Experience with budgets. - High School Diploma or GED - Experience in the construction field is preferred but will train the right candidate Pay rate is based on experience.
