Staff BI Engineers with Rivian Automotive, LLC in Normal, IL. Responsible to build analytic dashboards with Tableau and Snowflake to help solve business problems and work with business stakeholders. Work cross functionally to make design decisions that balance between custom and generic content, solve problems versus scaling and aligning on standards. Work closely to user requests and help surface gaps in Rivian analytics data. Craft requirements for new data transformations and metrics to improve Rivian manufacturing. Perform code-based data transformations with SQL, dbt, and Snowflake to provide user user-facing analytics tables. Train users to access Rivian data and use self-serve analytics tools.\ \ RQMTS: Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a closely related field and 2 years [or a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 5 years] of experience in any occupation as data analyst, business intelligence analyst, or related. Experience must include leading projects as primary responsible individual; building analytics dashboards that solve business problems in Tableau; working with SQL, Python, and R; using\ version-controlled workflows- GitHub; and data validation using Pyspark and Databricks.
