WATTS Strategic S&OP Supervisor in Ningbo, Switzerland

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Material Planning

• Production related materials (raw materials, packaging, etc.) planning and purchasing, shipment, goods receipts. Keep tracking materials shortage to ensure the on-time delivery.

• Execute the ordering process in system.

• Monitor inventory level to ensure inventory turnover,control the inventory.

• Support supply recovery SOP.

• Supplier performance tracking and escalation.

Production Planning:

• Make a two-week production plan according to the customer's demand plan and the company's production capacity and balance the production capacity and demand.

• Develop medium and long-term production capacity assessment once a month to timely reflect the production bottlenecks, provide equipment, labor capacity information.

• Collecting production information, timely scheduling workshop production and production plan progress, improve the production plan to achieve the KPI.

• Regular meeting with production team for last week's production situation and next week's production arrangement.

• Control the inventory of finished products and semi-finished products.

  • EDUCATION:

University degree major in logistics, Supply Chain or related field is a plus

MANAGEMENT:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or above. Graduate qualification in Supply Chain, Commerce or Business degrees, further supply chain specific certification is a plus (e.g. APICS qualification in CPIM and / or CSCP)

• 5-8 years working experience in factory planning or S&OP

• Strong business acumen across business functions including manufacturing, quality, regulatory and finance in a multinational business.

• Familiar with sourcing or other supply chain functions.

• Familiar with multi-national company workflow, good analytical capability.

• Strong coordination skill, customer focus and goods communication skill• Fluent English knowledge in oral and writing.

• Strong MS Excel & Access / forecast modelling / database creation & management competencies

• Experienced user of SAP/QAD and analytical tools strongly prefer• Be honest and responsible.
