SAP People & Culture Business Partner Lead for CRO in the Americas Newtown Square, Pennsylvania

SAP’s People and Culture (P&C) organization is seeking an experienced, strategic P&C Business Partner Leader to work for Customer Success in the Americas to bring SAP’s People Agenda to life. In this role you will report to the SVP P&C Business Partner Lead for Go-to-Market. You will lead a team of P&C Business Partners to provide strategic P&C consulting and expertise on all people and organizational topics – driving the transformational journey of SAP.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Transformation*
Provide business-relevant strategic consulting to the CRO and the respective Leadership Team combined with high operational excellence to accelerate SAP’s transformation
Advise on strategic organizational design and drive the implementation of reorganizations, complex business transformation, and critical change management initiatives
* Team & Organizational Development *
Drive team, organizational, and talent development by effectively bringing to life the People programs which underpin our People Agenda, including Goal Planning, Total Rewards Planning, Employee Roundtables, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management in alignment with our global P&C Operating model
Act as sparring partner to the Leadership Team and foster trusted conversations about performance to create an open-minded and high-performance growth culture
* Strategic Workforce Planning*
Provide structured and relevant data analysis and insights on organizational health in support of the business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Partner to strategically plan the workforce of the future using workforce guidance / KPI’s, such as Early Talent hiring, workforce pyramid, location strategy, population demographics, organic v inorganic growth in senior level roles, etc.

Strong leadership skills and confidentiality in partnering as a true change agent with (Senior) Business Leader in times of constant change and transformation
Strong professional maturity and comfort working in a fast paced and complex matrixed organization, embodying an agile style of working - always displaying a Growth Mindset
7 years relevant experience in People & Culture/HR Business Partner roles, ideally with some global experience. But have experience working with sales and/or professional services teams
Understanding of SAP’s Strategy and opportunities for the future
Expertise in driving transformation and change management initiatives at scale
Experience leading cross functional teams and teams across multiple countries
High integrity; consistently handle sensitive matters and data with complete confidence
Strong ability to build trusting relationships, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information while maintaining a healthy balance between assertiveness and diplomacy
Strong cultural awareness and adaptability to work across countries and continents
Exceptional consulting and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with Senior Executives
Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills to be able to translate business needs into clear P&C requirements
Excellent skills in analyzing and using P&C data to support decision making processes
Proven experience in driving change and transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
Excellent communication and presentation skills; storytelling with data (English verbal & written)

Compensation Range Transparency
SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 224700 - 525600(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
