How will you make a difference to PMI? PMI is looking for an Operations Effectiveness Analyst expert focusing on leveraging data to monitor transactional process effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement. The purpose of the role is to uncover patterns and correlations that reveal underlying business challenges and opportunities, enabling leadership to make data-driven strategic decisions. By transforming raw data into compelling visual reports and predictive models, the role helps to anticipate future trends, measure the impact of initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. What you'll bring to the role: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise presentations for all levels of the organization to drive informed decision-making. Analyze operational and sales data, generate insights, and develop clear reports and dashboards to support leadership. Assess the impact of implemented processes through data analysis and recommend business process changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Identify opportunities to refine sales and operational processes, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance workflow optimization. Partner with leadership to analyze trends, forecast pipelines, and predict future performance with accuracy. Gather and analyze customer feedback from surveys, reviews, and other sources to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and communication of data insights. Stay updated on the latest data analysis tools and techniques, ensuring the organization leverages cutting-edge technologies. Measure and analyze the return on investment (ROI) of sales, operational, and marketing initiatives to inform strategic decisions. Train and support teams in effectively utilizing data visualization and analytics tools for better decision-making. Utilize and predictive modeling to anticipate trends, optimize resource allocation, and improve business outcomes. Role Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred). 4+ years of experience in operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or a data-driven role. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, or Looker. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics for data integrity and reporting. Strong knowledge of data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analytics techniques to support business decision-making. Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Experience in process optimization, operational effectiveness, and efficiency improvements using data-driven methodologies. Strong understanding of key performance metrics (KPIs) and business intelligence best practices. Experience with ETL processes and handling large datasets in cloud-based environments (Google BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS Redshift) Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English) Possible Travel up to 10% if needed.
