Job Description

Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on equipment and buildings in an aerospace manufacturing shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance on various equipment and building systems.

• Conduct electrical maintenance, including working with 3-phase motors, relays, and PLC troubleshooting.

• Handle hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance tasks.

• Read and interpret blueprints for maintenance purposes.

• Carry out industrial welding and fabrication tasks.

• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical maintenance, including 3-phase motors, relays, and PLC troubleshooting.

• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.

• Ability to perform preventive maintenance.

• Skill in reading and interpreting blueprints.

• Experience with industrial welding and fabrication.

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Welding and fabrication skills are highly desirable.

Work Environment

The role involves working across six different buildings. You must have your own tools, but you will have a secure area to lock them up. The work environment is dynamic and involves the use of advanced technology and equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newport Beach, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $39.00/hr.
