Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Services Operations Manager 1, for Newark Beth Israel Hospital, located in Newark, New Jersey. This is a day shift position.

What You'll Do

• Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.

• Interact with patients and the staff

• Perform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and development

• Maintain safety documentation and training for unit
