Minimum Education and Experience | Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Requires up to two years relevant experience in an administrative function, good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy. |

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities | * One year of experience leadership or coaching experience at college, high school or Club level; * Excellent oral/written communications skills; * Willingness to work varied hours, including nights and weekends; * Demonstrates ability to successfully recruit to an NCAA DIV III institution; * Possess knowledge of NCAA DIV III, ECAC and NJAC regulations and committed to adhering to all conference and institutional regulations. |
