How you'll make an impact:

This role will be integral to creating and executing compelling creative packages for the industry-leading podcasts SiriusXM Media represents. This person will be a creative thought leader within the business and push the industry forward by showing the power of podcasters as influencers. They'll work directly with Revenue Partnerships Leads and our show partners to create exciting campaigns that bring together likeminded shows and brands. While their skills will primarily be put to use in pre-sale, they'll also be responsible for ensuring production feasibility for each pitched concept and guiding campaigns into post-sale to hand off to our production teams.

What you'll do:

  • Ideate compelling creative executions with our podcast partners.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Partnerships and Sales Development Leads to craft winning creative for RFPs.
  • Assist in creating media plans that showcase the desired campaign flows.
  • Advise on production feasibility of creative concepts with the help of production teammates.
  • Memorialize deal point memos for each sold campaign.
  • Manage transition of creative concepts into post-sale.
  • Be an internal advocate for your shows and ideas and work with cross-functional teams to ensure all parties understand the your creative.
  • Run creative onboarding with new podcast partners with an eye toward growing pool of custom inventory.

What you'll need:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in a digital, and/or audio first organization. Agency, Brand, and/or Publisher experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Creative strategy experience preferred
  • Audio experience preferred
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Creative ideation experience
  • Media planning skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive communications with high-level talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables on separate projects at once
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $63,000 to $87,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply
