The opportunity
The Sr. Director of Global Recruiting will oversee the Global Professional and Executive Recruiting functions, as well as the Recruiting Operations team. Reporting to the VP of HR, this leader will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruiting strategy that aligns with business objectives, streamlines recruitment processes, and ensures an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Leading a global team of recruiting and operations professionals, the Sr. Director will combine strategic vision with operational expertise and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
By simplifying and standardizing recruiting processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering collaboration across the organization, this leader will create consistency and efficiency while elevating the overall recruiting experience.
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute a forward-thinking global recruiting strategy that supports the company’s talent needs, business goals, and leadership priorities
Build and lead a diverse, high-performing global recruiting and operations team to deliver top-tier talent across all functions while maintaining a strong and diverse candidate pipeline.
Oversee professional and executive recruiting efforts, ensuring alignment with the company’s and leadership teams strategy
Manage Recruiting Operations to optimize onboarding, processes, technologies, metrics, and reporting for efficiency and consistency.
Continuously improve and streamline the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and hire diverse talent, ensuring an inclusive and equitable recruitment process.
Leverage insights and data, in collaboration with the People Analytics team, to drive recruiting outcomes and influence strategic decisions.
Adapt to global talent market trends by employing innovative sourcing strategies and enhancing talent attraction efforts.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with state, federal, and global regulatory requirements.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in global recruiting leadership, including professional and executive-level leadership
Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-wide recruiting strategies, lead teams through transformation, and continuously achieve hiring excellence.
Experience leading recruiting operations, including experience with applicant tracking systems, scaling workflows, process optimization, and using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.
A highly effective communicator who excels at building cross-functional relationships and partnering with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Proven ability to lead and develop recruiting and operations teams in complex, matrixed, and fast-moving environments.
